• Professionalism and Reliability: Pet and home care is our profession, not a hobby. We have a family team of three full-time staff and operate 24/7 to provide consistent, qualified care. We are also insured, bonded, and licensed.

• Qualified Staff: Leave With Ease staff are Pet First Aid & CPR certified including subcutaneous injections. All staff are also Fear Free Certified, which means using humane and positive reinforcement methods when caring for your pets. Our goal is to provide a reliable, safe, and comfortable experience for both pets and their owners from Sidney to Esquimalt.
  

• Personalized Care: We offer exclusive solo on-leash dog walks, rather than pack walks. For in-home pet sitting, we focus on maintaining your pet's usual routines in a comfortable familiar environment, without the presence of other animals.

• Transparency and Communication: We use Time to Pet reporting to provide clients with videos, pictures, time in/out records, GPS tracking, and written reviews of each visit. Our clients have expressed appreciation for the frequent reports and photos they receive.

• Client Assurance: Leave With Ease offers a free consultation to determine whether our services are a good fit. If you like us and we like you, we provide a Contract of Services for review and signature.

• Coverage: As a family-owned business we cover for each other to ensure visits are never missed.

• Community Support: One dollar of every billable hour is donated to either the Victoria Humane Society or the BCSPCA.
