We go the extra mile, spending 45 minutes to an hour on our free meet & greets with
two staff in attendance. One asks questions while the other takes
detailed notes to create a
care plan specific to your circumstances. In addition, one will become
the primary care provider with the other as back-up, just in case the primary's not available.
For your protection, we're licensed, bonded, with liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage.
For your pets' protection all staff have pet first aid & CPR and are Fear Free Certified professionals. We are also members of Pet Sitters International.

With Ease is a family-operated team of three with Dale (the Mom), Frank
(the Dad), and Angela (the eldest daughter). We're trained,
experienced, and dependable to
ensure the best experience for your pets and home throughout Greater
Victoria.
We prioritize continuing education, reliability, and clear communication, offering regular updates with photos, videos, and written "Report Cards" through your Client Portal in our Time to Pet software.
Plus for every billable hour, we donate one dollar to local animal charities including the BCSPCA and the Victoria Humane Society.
